Before you ride.

What do I need to ride?

Check the age, licence and ID requirements for your chosen vehicle and location before booking. Bring the original documents requested for pickup.

Are helmets provided?

Yes. Your rental supplier provides suitable helmets and the safety equipment required for your ride. Check the fit and condition with the pickup team before setting off.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel an upcoming booking in the app. Any refund depends on the terms accepted when you booked and when you cancel. Check the cancellation policy before confirming your ride.

Is insurance included?

Insurance arrangements vary by rental. Check what’s included, any optional cover, and the limits or exclusions before booking. If you plan to use your own policy, confirm it covers the rental with your insurer.

How do I get help with a ride?

Use support in the app for booking questions, and contact your rental supplier for pickup or return help. If there’s immediate danger or someone is injured, call emergency services first.
